Today, 23 August 2026, is a typical Botley Bikers day. Here is what we are delivering:

• 32 “goodie bags”: 3 sweets and a pack of crisps in a loosely-tied carrier bag that other stuff can be added to
• Rolls: 24 turkey breast and Branston pickle, 8 homemade egg mayo
• 25 pots of salad (green and cole slaw), plus mayo sachets as dressing, plus forks
• 30 yoghurts, plus spoons
• 30 hard-boiled eggs
• About 40 pieces of fruit: mostly bananas and satsumas. Apples and pears are too hard for many people’s teeth
• Vegetables: tomatoes, red peppers, potatoes
• Homemade peanut butter biscuits
• Two types of cold squash and an urn of coffee
• 18 ‘breads’: mini baguettes, packs of 3 rolls, mini pittas
• 30 blocks of cheddar cheese
• 30 pints of long life milk
• Variety of tins: tuna, sardines, rice pudding, tinned peaches etc.
• Tin openers!
• Dog and cat food
• Toiletries: 10 loo rolls, 10 packs of wipes, deodorant, toothbrushes/paste, sanitary pads
• 6 pairs new undies, 6 pairs new socks, 4 donated T shirts, small blanket knitted by the local Knit and Natter club

Most of the fresh food (ingredients for rolls and salads, fruit, bread) are surplus from supermarkets. We have to buy the dairy products, undies, socks and toiletries. Please consider donating clothes (particularly shoes), toiletries, food or money.
